The Ultimate β€œI Do”

and MC Package

This Celebrant and MC package is made for a good time for you, your guests, and everyone involved. With me as your MC, your guests already know I’m the man with the mic and in charge of running things smoothly for you. This way you and all of your guests can relax and enjoy the ride while I take care of making sure the day is filled with joy, laughter, and love.

  • Vibe Check - First and foremost, we catch up in-person (I don’t do that FaceTime / Zoom crap), where we have an obligation-free catch up to make sure I match your vibe and we chat about what you’re looking for in a Celebrant. That’s what is most important to me.

    Lock It In, Eddie! - You’ve decided you want me! I then get you into my system and provide you with your required questionnaire to get the ball rolling. This required questionnaire link will also contain your invoice & contract.

    What About The Legal Stuff? - When you’ve completed your required questionnaire, I prepare and lodge of all the legal stuff with the relevant authorities on your behalf to make you officially and (more importantly) legally married. Normally it is the requirement of the marrying couple to complete the legal paperwork, however I like to provide as many extra services as I can - this way you can focus 100% on the wedding and I'll take care of the rest. I’ll also advise you what identification I’ll need to see and show you where to sign.

    Start That Planning! - Included is a comprehensive wedding planner digital book that I have created myself when I was getting married. This is of course now updated with a heap of tips and tricks for getting the most out of your big day from a wedding professional.

    I didn’t realise you and the Celebrant were friends? - As part of the planning process, I compose and deliver a unique wedding ceremony script that is specific to how you and your partner met and what makes you YOU. When I compose this, it is sent to you for your valuable input, and you’ll have an opportunity to make any changes (if any) you’d like. This is inclusive of unlimited drafts. By the end of it, my expectation is that your guests think I’m a friend of yours who became a Celebrant just to marry you!

    How about a walk through? - I highly recommend an on-site rehearsal, which is included (no extra charges for this bad boy here). This will ensure you're happy with what I have in store for you and more importantly, you’re comfortable with how the ceremony will play out.

    When do you rock up? - I will arrive at your wedding at least 30mins before kick-off. This will allow me to setup, liaise with other fellow vendors and greet your guests & direct them for you.

    Let’s hear it! - For the ceremony, we use my PA system, which is a Bose S1 Pro and comes with a cordless microphone so we can hear those vows!

    Let’s see it in writing. - I provide a professionally printed commemorative marriage certificate that we sign during the ceremony. This isn’t a legal marriage certificate; however it proves that the marriage took place in the interim, whilst you’re waiting for your legal marriage certificate arrives in the mail.

    The Fun Reception Introduction - I’ll kick things off with a warm, light hearted welcome that sets the tone for your reception. Expect lots of smiles, jokes, and excitement as I introduce the newlyweds to their guests!

    Interactive Moments - Think games, shout-outs, and even a few surprises that get your guests involved! I’ll make sure everyone is engaged, laughing, and feeling part of the celebration.

    Seamless Transitions - Whether it's moving from one part of the celebration to the next, I’ll handle the timing and flow like a pro, ensuring everything moves smoothly while keeping the fun vibes going strong.

    Emotional Yet Fun Toasts - You’ll get a mix of heartfelt and humorous moments as I lead the toasts. I’ll help encourage your loved ones to raise their glasses and share their favourite memories, while keeping things light and breezy.

    Music and Mood Master - I’ll work with your DJ or band to ensure the right music is played at the right moments, creating the perfect atmosphere from cocktail hour to your first dance and beyond.

    Guest Engagement - I’ll lead mini games, trivia, or a fun couples' quiz to keep the guests engaged and create memorable interactions, helping everyone feel like part of the celebration.

    Pat’s Signature Send-Off - To wrap up the night with a bang, I’ll send you off with a memorable, fun, and heartfelt final toast, leaving your guests with big smiles and the best memories of the day.

On The Day Coordinator

A seamless celebration from "let’s do this" to "last dance." Having previously owned a business for two years with Canberra's leading wedding coordinator, Carissa Webster, I've learned everything I need to make your day run smoothly from start to finish. 

  • Planning Mode - When we get together to sign the legal stuff and discuss your big day, we will also map out the day from start to finish β€” nothing gets missed, not even the confetti toss!

    Runsheet - I’ll create a master schedule that covers every cue, moment and move so everyone’s in sync and you’re cool, calm and collected. This is inclusive of one clear guide for all suppliers to follow, ensuring everyone’s working towards the same vision (aka: your dream day).

    Vendor contact and coordination (from 6 weeks out) - I’ll take over the behind-the-scenes conversations so you can step out of logistics mode and into celebration mode.

    Main point-of-contact for all vendors - I’ll handle the check-ins, changes and curveballs so everyone’s in the loop and you’re free to soak up the joy.

    The little (but mighty) jobs - Welcoming and directing guests so everyone feels like a VIP, herding guests for photos and helping the photographer get the shot, looking after the inner circle (parents, bridal party, special guests), styling tweaks and setup assistance where needed, managing transitions (ceremony to canapΓ©s to reception), helping with floorplans, speeches, last-minute changes, carrying veils, fluffing dresses, moving signs, running errands and basically, whatever you need β€” I’ve got you!

    What’s the damage? $1,000

    Coverage includes up to 8 hours of coordination (outside of the ceremony), kicking off whenever you do , and continuing until the key formalities are wrapped up, or until we hit the time cap.

Co-Pilot

This option is for couples who would like someone close to them to deliver the ceremony without the need to become a Celebrant. Basically, your loved one can act as the Celebrant to 'marry' you during your ceremony and then during the certificate signing, we say the legal wording to get you married and we can then sign the paperwork. I act as the witness for the certificate signing.​

  • Legal Paperwork and Lodgement Service - Preparation and lodgement of all the legal paperwork with the relevant authorities on your behalf to make you officially and (more importantly) legally married. Normally it is the requirement of the marrying couple to complete the legal paperwork, but I like to provide as many extra services as I can - this way you can focus 100% on the wedding and I'll take care of the rest. I’ll also advise you what identification I’ll need to see and show you where to sign.

    Personalised Wedding Ceremony & Transcript - A unique wedding ceremony and transcript that is specific to how you and your partner met and what made you fall in love. When I compose this, it is sent to you for your valuable input and you’ll have an opportunity to make any changes (if any) you’d like. This is inclusive of unlimited drafts and I work with the co-pilot to design this for you.

    Comprehensive Wedding Planner - Included is a comprehensive wedding planner digital book that I have created myself.

    Unlimited Support & Consultation - Unlimited face-to-face meetings and/or phone calls – essentially, if you need to talk to me, you can do so anytime at no extra charge!

    Early Arrival Before Kick-Off - I arrive at your ceremony at least 60mins before kick-off, to do a final run-through with my co-pilot.

    On-Site Rehearsal - On-site rehearsal, to ensure you're happy with what I have in store for you.

    Bose PA System with Cordless Microphone - You get to use my PA system, which is a Bose S1 Pro. This comes with a cordless microphone.

    Commemorative Marriage Certificate - I arrive at your ceremony at least 60mins before kick-off, to do a final run-through with my co-pilot.

This option is known as the 'registry office' option, for those who want to get legally married without the fuss.​

This package is for couples who want to skip the big wedding hoopla and just get down to the essentials, saying only the legal words to make you married. This simple, stress-free service is all about getting you legally married in a relaxed and intimate settingβ€”no frills, no fuss, just the moment you’ve been waiting for.

  • Preparation of the legal stuff - I’ll handle all the legal paperwork, and lodge with the relevant authority, ensuring your marriage is registered correctly, so all you have to do is sign and say β€œI do.”

    Quick & Simple Setting - A short moment that focuses purely on making it officialβ€”no extra rituals, just the essentials. You’ll be married in moments, with all the required legal language included.

    Stress-Free Planning - We’ll schedule a convenient time and location that works for youβ€”whether it’s a quiet backyard, a cozy park, or my office. Minimal planning, maximum convenience.

    Just the Two of You (or a few) - Perfect for couples who want an intimate ceremony with only a couple of witnesses, or just the two of you!

    Peace of Mind - I’ll guide you through the process, ensuring everything is done legally and correctly, so you can focus on your next steps without worrying about the details.
